Automated Intelligence (AI) are delighted to announce a major central government department’s extension of its the initial investment in AI technology. Following the customer’s first successful implementation of AI products in 2013, they have decided to further enhance their information governance and collaboration capabilities, using proven solutions from Automated Intelligence.
As one of the first departments to send electronic records to The National Archives in 2016, the Department will be using AI solutions to automatically and consistently tag corporate records through metadata across their SharePoint platform. This will enable the Department to meet their obligations under the Public Records Act and Freedom of Information Acts without burdening staff with additional work.
