Job Description

To provide exceptional quality delivery, consultancy and training services to AI’s customers and partner organisations through the implementation, configuration and operation of the Automated Intelligence suite of data migration and governance products.

Additional Information

Main duties include (but not limited to): 

  • Provide expert consultancy to customers and partners using the Automated Intelligence suite of products, including planning, installation, configuration, deployment and training
  • Provide expert advice on best practice for deployment of Automated Intelligence’s products into effective, compliant Information Architectures in O365
  • Provide expert analysis of customer data using the Automated Intelligence suite of products including insight, governance and policy application.
  • Plan, execute and manage enterprise-scale data migration strategies using AI migration products
  • Develop product customisations as appropriate, to meet customer and project requirements
  • Articulate new customer requirements to internal development teams and product owners for future product capability
  • To travel to and/or work from client sites as required, to fulfil the responsibilities of the role
  • Any other reasonable duties as required by Management
Responsible to (Reporting Relationship) Service Delivery Manager Essential Criteria 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of implementing customer solutions
  • Experience of conducting workshop activities at customer sites for the purposes of requirements gathering
  • Experience of analysing, understanding and processing data to provide insight and action within a customer environment
  • Experience in development and implementation of custom applications in a customer environment
  • Willingness to travel and work on customer sites as necessary (approximately 65%)
  • Experience of working alongside a range of related disciplines
  • Experience of working in a team environment and overseeing project resources
  • Must have the right to work independently in the UK on a permanent basis
Desirable Criteria 
  • Understanding of development principles using C#, PowerShell and SQL
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Software Development or a related discipline
  • Experience in deployment and use of legacy EDRMS Technologies
  • Experience of Microsoft SharePoint 2010, 2013 and/or Online
  • Use of data migration tools, notably with a target location of O365
  • Security Cleared to SC Level or higher
  • UK driving licence
