Automated Intelligence’s Customer Success Team have an exciting new opportunity for two Technical Consultants to join the team, to provide exceptional quality delivery, consultancy and training services to AI’s customers and partner organisations.

Main duties include: (but not limited to):

  • Provide expert consultancy to customers and partners using the Automated Intelligence suite of products, including planning, installation, configuration, deployment and training
  • Provide expert advice on best practice for deployment and delivery of Automated Intelligence’s products and projects
  • Plan, execute and manage enterprise-scale data analysis, governance and migration strategies
  • Develop product customisations and applications as appropriate, to meet customer and project requirements
  • Articulate and drive new product requirements to internal development teams and product owners for future product capability
  • Engage and support the entire customer journey with Automated Intelligence from enabling sales via demos and proof of concepts through to identifying and adding value and support for long term customers
  • To travel to and/or work from client sites as required, to fulfil the responsibilities of the role, with a flexible approach to hours when required (shift work may be required periodically)
  • Any other reasonable duties as required by Management

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of implementing customer solutions
  • Experience in actively contributing to customer facing meetings and presenting ideas to others
  • Experience in development and implementation of custom applications in a customer environment
  • Experience of C# .NET development
  • Willingness to travel and work on customer sites as necessary
  • Experience of working alongside a range of related disciplines
  • Experience of working in a team environment
  • Must have the right to work independently in the UK on a permanent basis

Desirable Criteria:

  • Security Cleared to SC Level or higher
  • Technical capability in Cloud technology, in particular Microsoft Azure
  • Experience of conducting workshop activities at customer sites
  • Understanding of development principles using PowerShell / SQL
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Software Development or a related discipline
  • Experience in analysing and understanding large data sets
  • Experience of Microsoft SharePoint 2010, 2013 and/or Online
  • UK driving licence
