Automated Intelligence (AI) showcases how organisations can make it easier for their organisation and people to do the right things using Microsoft SharePoint, Azure and Office 365 at the SharePoint Evolution Conference 2015. AI will be launching a number of new initiatives at the conference which kicks off today, Monday 20th April at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, London.
At the event, AI will be launching a research project to find out what users and organisations need to be made easier with regards to their information and content strategy. AI will be asking delegates at the conference what would they want made easier? A photographer with a whiteboard and a member of the AI team will be roaming the conference on Monday 20th April and attendees are encouraged to give their point of view. Statistics will be shared at the end of the conference. AI also want to encourage people to engage on social media and tweet @automatedintel with what they want made easier #EasierwithAI #SpEvo.
This month AI will be at the SharePoint Evolution conference in London and will be launching several new capabilities.
Simon Cole, CTO explains more:
“AI are a growing and dynamic company. We continue to build close connections with our customers and markets, to enable us to develop innovative solutions ahead of our competition. This month we are releasing new versions of our SharePoint email integration tool, AI.SYNCPOINT, our compliance and business productivity product for SharePoint, AI.COMPLIANCE EXTENDER and a number of new cloud and data services.
AI.SYNCPOINT is a great product that promotes productivity and user flexibility by integrating email with Microsoft’s collaboration and content management solution SharePoint. The latest version adds some great features and architectural enhancements to enable improved performance, increased scalability and added user functionality that promotes ease of use, productivity and adoption. The product has been adopted by a 4,000 user group and feedback has been exceptional.
Our AI.COMPLIANCE EXTENDER product adds business productivity enhancements to the Microsoft SharePoint platform. As AI moves into other markets such as financial services, our new version will create, administer and report all information transactions and policy on a massive scale, enabling SharePoint to be successfully deployed for multi-billion document enterprises!
With Cloud on most organisations agenda, we have developed an information management as a service platform; AI.CLOUD SERVICES which enables organisations to manage information through its lifecycle across a number of different technologies. This enables the organisation to manage and control information from a more agile and cost-effective platform. One of our success stories this quarter, is with a large central government department that plans to adopt this unique information management as a service platform.”
