Department of Energy and Climate Change & Home Office confirmed to speak at UK Government workshop

Industry experts and practitioners from UK Government departments and agencies will be sharing their experiences and insight with regards to managing information at an interactive event hosted by Microsoft and Automated Intelligence.  The event, One information plan for many masters:  is being held on the 14th October 2015 in 10-11 Carlton House Terrace.

There will be a host of speakers from a range of organisations including the Home Office, Department for Energy and Climate Change, Microsoft and Automated Intelligence.   The event will specifically explore how to build an information platform that UK Government can trust using Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365 and Azure; and will be a great opportunity for UK Government departments and agencies to share experience and best practice regardless of their stage of their transition to digital.

Mark Godfrey, CEO for Automated Intelligence explains why they are hosting the event

“We are delighted to be working with Microsoft to deliver this event.  Working with over 65% of UK Government Departments, we understand the pressures many of the departments and agencies face with regards to delivering their information strategy to address multiple directives.  This could be efficiency targets, reform, digital transformation, cost savings, regulations or cloud first. We are currently working with Government organisations to deliver an information service for their users and the citizens they serve as well as meeting the demands of regulatory bodies. This event will enable these types of organisations to share and learn from each other’s experiences.  In addition, we will be demonstrating how UK Government can build an information platform that they can trust using technology from Automated Intelligence and Microsoft. This workshop will be a fantastic opportunity for UK Government to share experience and best practice regardless of the stage they are at in delivering their information platform.”
