Belfast Health and Social Care Trust will be sharing insight on how they plan to deliver their paper-light information strategy at a Healthcare workshop hosted by Microsoft and Automated Intelligence. The interactive workshop which is being held on Thursday 14th May 2015 at the Microsoft Offices in Cardinal Place, London, is attracting IT, Information Governance and Business Transformation professionals across UK Healthcare.
The session will explore the different options to manage information, whether this is in the Cloud, on-premise or a hybrid approach.
Paul Duffy, IT Director for the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (BHSCT) will be sharing his story on how they are achieving a paper-light health environment through the safe and compliant adoption of Microsoft SharePoint. In addition, Alastair Dick, Technical Strategist for Microsoft will be sharing his insight how health organisations can securely benefit from the Cloud.
Through real-life examples and live demonstrations, delegates will gain an understanding of the cost savings that can be achieved by leveraging Microsoft Technologies. The session will address requirements of policy, information discovery, information security, confidentiality and compliance. Throughout the workshop, delegates will have the opportunity to explore how Healthcare organisations can deliver an enhanced information and collaboration strategy which is cost effective using Microsoft technology such as SharePoint, Azure and Office 365.
