The DeLorean car on the Automated Intelligence stand was one of the stars of the show at this year’s Microsoft Future Decoded!
The two day event, on 1st and 2nd November at the Excel in London, showcased the very best of technological advances so, of course, we had to have some classic futuristic tech on display….and what better than an iconic 80s DeLorean.
The retro theme was prominent throughout the AI stand, as Automated Intelligence helps organisations to look back at their old, legacy data and move it to the future in the Azure cloud.
Over the two days, as Gold Sponsor, we engaged with thousands of delegates, from all industries and sectors, to discover what organisations are trying to achieve by way of digital transformation and to guide them on how to achieve this.
Automated Intelligence discussed the benefits of moving to the Cloud, leveraging the power and hypescale it offers, and how organisations can make that move with AI.
During their speaker sessions on both Day 1 and 2 entitled Remediate, Transition, Transform, CEO Mark Godfrey and Head of Pre-Sales Matt Maunder, spoke of “looking back to an intelligent future.” They showcased how data remediation and the Cloud has made it possible for organisations to save up to 70% of their data costs.
CTO Simon Cole said, “Last year at Future Decoded we had the legendary weatherman Michael Fish on our stand. He drew massive crowds so we knew we had to equal that success again this year! Data remediation is about looking back at your current data holdings in order to move to a more cost-effective and smarter future in Microsoft Azure.
“Thinking about classic and iconic technology ahead of its time, the DeLorean was an obvious choice and attendees really got it! We even had Sky News record live from our stand! The DeLorean was made in Northern Ireland, as is our technology, which goes to show some of the most futuristic tech comes from these shores!”
