AI was a finalist in the ‘Up to 50 employees’ category at the ceremony which took place at the University’s Jordanstown campus on Thursday evening [5 May].
There were 175 entries across 6 categories demonstrating the high importance employers place on student experience in the workplace. AI was shortlisted in its category with just two other businesses in Northern Ireland.
Kerry Boden, HR Manager at Automated Intelligence, said, “To be Highly Commended in an Awards which has such a large number of entrants is a great recognition of the quality of our placement experience.
“We treat our placement students as valued members of our team and we know they come away from AI with unrivalled insight and skills not only into the technology industry, but also into the world of work. We will ensure we continue to attract the best students as we have clearly done so far!”
