Personal data is continually evolving and growing within the retail and travel sectors, from online bookings to loyalty cards, and employee records to purchase data. GDPR compliance is a long term data management strategy, not a short term fix.

The new GDPR means that secure data management isn’t enough. Retailers need to be able to manage subject access requests, process a customer’s ‘Right to Erasure’ and report data breaches within 72 hours.

Our Retail and Travel GDPR Forum, in conjunction with Microsoft UK, looks at the tools required for GDPR compliance beyond 25th May 2018.

Together we will discuss the unique challenges within the retail and travel sectors and showcase how GDPR is actually a cost positive business case.
